The internship

Have you always wanted to explore the world of Export at HEINEKEN? Are you driven and eager to learn how data is used in a large corporate environment? Then this internship might be perfect for you!

What you’ll do:

• Your main responsibility: Applying Machine Learning models and Agentic AI to make processes smarter and more efficient, driving innovation and scalable growth across all business domains.
• Code tables using Python or SQL in Databricks.
• Collaborate closely with colleagues from Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, and Marketing to deliver impactful insights.

Your new team and workplace

We are the Digital & Technology team of EMEA Export & GDF OpCo. Our OpCo focuses on export markets in Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Global Duty-Free markets. The D&T team provides the right insights to support the business, helping it grow and become more productive. We are a small team that works closely together, and we also collaborate closely with other departments within our OpCo. This internship not only gives you the opportunity to work with D&T but also to learn a lot from the other departments. During your internship, you’ll have every opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as an organization, not just within your own team, but across departments. We trust and empower you to work with an entrepreneurial mindset. At HEINEKEN, we love bringing the outside world in and welcome fresh, new ideas with open arms. • You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s program (preferably in your final year) or a master’s program.
• Driven and eager to learn new things.
• Enjoy working in a data-driven way and are interested in the latest technologies.
• Experience with coding in Python.
• Know how to work with Machine Learning models and Agentic AI.

Conditions of HEINEKEN

1. You are enrolled at an educational institution for the entire duration of your internship and can provide proof of enrollment for the current academic year during your onboarding.
   1. In the case of non-EU nationality, you must be registered as an intern with a Dutch educational institution.
   2. In case of EU nationality, you may also be registered as an intern at educational institutions outside the EU.
2. You reside in the Netherlands for the entire duration of your internship. Please note that HEINEKEN does not provide housing.
3. You are in possession of a valid citizen service number (BSN).

Our Internship Conditions

During your time as an intern at HEINEKEN, you’ll work in a dynamic environment where growing and learning are at the heart of everything we do. Together, we brew your future step by step. In addition, we offer you:

• A full-time internship, starting on February 1, 2026.
• The duration of the internship is 6 months.
• At HEINEKEN, we work with a hybrid model, typically spending three days a week at the office and two days working from home.
• You will receive a monthly internship allowance of €650 gross based on a 40-hour workweek.
• You will earn 2 vacation days per month (based on a full-time internship).
• If you do not have a public transport student subscription, your commuting costs will be fully reimbursed.
