🛠️ What you'll do

• Be directly involved in all recruitment activities within the team
• Manage the internship desk and recruit future interns for Accenture Netherlands
• Guide candidates through the entire recruitment process from start to finish
• Ensure every team attracts top talent
• Organize internal and external events, such as:
• In-house days for student associations
• Representing Accenture at various universities
• Actively maintain the internship community within Accenture
• Serve as the main point of contact for HR support for interns

Qualification

🔍 What we're looking for

• 🎓 Education: Bachelor or Master student enrolled at a Dutch university for the entire internship duration.
• 🛠️ Skills: Organizational skills, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong communication skills
• 🌱 Mindset: flexible and proactive mindset
• 🌐 Languages: Native Dutch and fluent English
