THE ROLE

Within Consumer Beauty, we are seeking an ambitious marketing intern with a hands-on mentality. Consumer Beauty focuses on make-up, mass fragrances, and body care products in the drugstore channel. As a Marketing Intern, you will be the right-hand person of the Brand Manager and participate in their daily activities.

Responsibilities

  • Preparing the launch of new products, such as creating PowerPoint presentations and providing sales materials.
  • Coordinating the production of Point of Sales material (including displays, wobblers, floor stickers, etc.).
  • Creating artwork briefings.
  • Conducting price, competitor, and promotional analyses.
  • Social media content & planning.
  • E-commerce optimizations.
  • Handling customer requests.
  • Working on shelf plans.
  • Optimizing our make-up displays based on market and consumer insights.
  • Creating merchandising material: from briefing to rollout on the shop floor.
  • Supporting the preparation of the service round (period in which our new products are launched and the displays are given a new layout).

ARE YOU A COTY FIT?

  • Passion for beauty and our brands, and a strong affinity with the dynamics of the FMCG market
  • HBO/WO student (Bachelor/Master)
  • 6 months, starting in February or earlier if possible (start date by arrangement)
  • You work very accurately and have an eye for detail
  • Structured way of working
  • Proactive and hands-on
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Thinks outside the box and is creative
  • Does not shy away from responsibilities and enjoys adding value
  • Flexible and loves challenges
  • Good administrative & communication skills and enjoys working in a team
  • Fluent in Dutch and English, French is a plus but not required.
