  • Analyzing test data and gathering feedback from and for engineers.
  • Sharing test results with the team and providing well-founded recommendations.
  • Being actively involved in new features of Lely products and their software applications.

What is your experience?

You care about contributing to high-quality software and enjoy working with colleagues from different disciplines. You thrive in an environment where learning, experimenting, and improving are part of everyday work. If you recognize yourself in most of the points below, we encourage you to apply:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s level of working and thinking.
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience as a developer or test (automation) engineer in embedded software, having both created and executed tests.
  • Experience working Agile within multidisciplinary Scrum teams.
  • Knowledge of behaviour-driven testing and test automation tools (such as Behave and Gherkin).
  • Experience with Python and preferably also C++, as well as Bash, Linux, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
  • Openness to feedback, curiosity about new ideas, and motivation to keep learning.
  • Comfortable asking questions, expressing concerns, and contributing to a supportive team environment.

What do we offer you?

Working at Lely means contributing to sustainable progress within one of the most innovative organizations in the Netherlands. You help make the agricultural sector more futureproof, and we ensure you have the space, resources, and support to do so.

  • An international work environment that values collaboration, initiative, and diverse perspectives.
  • A culture that encourages learning, experimentation, and ownership of ideas.
  • Excellent employment conditions, including up to 8 weeks of vacation per year and a strong pension scheme.
  • A salary range of €4,800 – €6,800 gross per month, with clear opportunities for growth within the scale.
  • And of course: we love to celebrate! Whether it’s an anniversary or the annual Christmas party. At Lely, we know how to do it.
  • Full ownership of your own development, with access to a wide range of courses through the Lely Academy.
  • Daily access to outstanding sports facilities at the Lely Campus: an indoor gym, outdoor padel courts, basketball and volleyball courts, table tennis, and table football. You can join Hyrox workouts or sign up for personal training and challenge your colleagues during an active break.
