Kickstart Your Career in Business Development as a Sales & Growth Intern

Your future tasks

As a Business Development Representative Intern, you play a crucial role in the growth of our company. You support the sales team by identifying, approaching, and qualifying potential customers. This is an ideal internship for someone interested in a commercial career, customer-oriented, and looking to develop strong communication skills. Furthermore:

  • Research and identify new business opportunities.
  • Approach potential customers via email, phone, and social media.
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria.
  • Maintain an up-to-date CRM system with information about leads and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and support sales presentations and meetings.
  • Assist in drafting quotes and other sales documentation.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for customer approach.

Your profile

  • Field of study: You are an HBO/WO student in the direction of business administration with strategy and IT, such as Strategic Management or Management of Innovation. You have an affinity with organizational studies and digital transformation and you don't mind approaching customers.
  • Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
  • Proactive and result-oriented attitude.
  • Interest in technology, sales, and business development.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
  • Experience in sales and marketing is a plus.
  • Preferably someone with experience in B2B/enterprise SaaS sales.
  • Experience working in a B2B call center is highly desirable.
