JOB PURPOSE:

As an intern in the Marketing Department, your ideas will drive impact, and your creativity will take center stage. The team will provide you with opportunities to support projects that enhance your understanding of unmissable POSM/shopfloor material, implement social-first strategies on priority social platforms, and develop cross-functional skills within an FMCG. You'll learn about digital and social marketing campaign creation, project management, and post-campaign evaluation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create unmissable POS, retail media, and in-store activations.
  • Develop online assets and social media brand and influencer assets together with agencies.
  • Support in product launches that contribute to marketing and brand objectives.
  • Assist in the development and execution of brand campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance and brand health metrics.
  • Conduct portfolio and performance analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize brand strategies.

YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT IF:

  • You’re available for 5 to 6 months starting 23rd February or 2nd March 2026 (minimum 32 hours/week).
  • You are enrolled in a Bachelor (3rd or 4th year) or Master program, preferably in Marketing.
  • You are fluent in Dutch and/or English.
  • You have a passion for creativity and driving impactful ideas.
  • You are keen to learn digital and social marketing campaign creation, project management, and post-campaign evaluation.
  • You are ready to lead projects and contribute to marketing goals.
  • You like working on diverse projects, including product launches and social media assets.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business which is expected by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
