Join Nedap as a Product Owner HubSpot

At Nedap, we have started implementing HubSpot to replace Dynamics. Each Business Unit has its own schedule and is at a different stage of implementation (ranging from the start phase to completion). Within the Growth & Automation Team, which is part of Business Automation & Tooling, we are responsible for these HubSpot projects and their further development. We support the various Business Units in their implementations and ensure integration with applications such as Zuora, Oneflow, Freshdesk and other tools we use at Nedap. And we could really use your expertise as a Product Owner HubSpot!

As Product Owner within the new Growth & Automation Team, you will focus on maximising the value of our products, projects and integrations. You will combine strategy, vision and day-to-day operational management to provide our stakeholders with optimal support. The Growth & Automation Team works for all Business Units within Nedap. This means that you will be liaising with stakeholders who are at different stages of the HubSpot implementation and therefore have varying wishes and priorities. You know how to manage this diversity, manage expectations and make the right choices based on the big picture.

Together with the team, you translate stakeholders' ideas and needs into concrete epics and user stories. You are responsible for the product vision, roadmap, planning, prioritisation and communication. With your knowledge of Agile working and product management, you ensure that we develop solutions that meet the needs of users and contribute to Nedap's strategic goal.

Winning by Design: At Nedap, we are transitioning to Recurring Impact Business models. This change requires an evolution in our commercial approach: from managing leads and deals to managing the entire recurring impact lifecycles. It also requires us to build a supporting structure that allows this model to function optimally. To achieve this, we have chosen the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie methodology as our shared commercial framework and HubSpot as the technological platform that makes this possible.

Your responsibilities

  • Stakeholder management: You work closely with internal and external stakeholders, know how to keep stakeholders up to date and know how to make the right decisions.
  • The product backlog: You maintain and prioritise for a multidisciplinary development team.
  • Act as an ambassador for the team and Business Automation & Tooling.
  • Maximising value: You know which projects deliver the most value for Nedap and how to prioritise them accordingly.
  • Vision and strategy: You determine the vision together with the team and set out the strategy for this.
  • Communicative: You have strong communication skills, enjoy talking to different teams, know how to convert their questions into epics/stories and know how to manage expectations.
  • Proactive: You take the initiative and anticipate situations as they arise. Sometimes it is necessary to collaborate with other teams, and you don't mind taking on “project lead” tasks when this is required.

Your team

You will work closely with the HubSpot specialists and developers in your team, as well as with other teams within Business Automation & Tooling. Sometimes, specific expertise from another team is needed to successfully complete a project. The Growth & Automation Team is a new team of experts within Nedap and is responsible for HubSpot and the associated tooling, such as Oneflow, Crowdtech and Arrows. From this team, we support all Business Units, develop generic solutions and build HubSpot apps that can be used organisation-wide.

As Product Owner HubSpot in this new team, you have no problem getting involved yourself. The larger projects are carried out by your team, but you handle smaller requests and questions independently.

Our offer

As a Product Owner HubSpot at Nedap, you will make a valuable contribution to our goal: making people happier and more successful in their professional lives. In addition to your salary, you are entitled to a thirteenth month's salary, a good pension scheme, and profit sharing with the option of becoming a Nedap shareholder. For us, it's all about trust and autonomy. That’s why, along with your colleagues, you decide on your own working hours and vacation days to maintain a healthy work-life balance. We also attach great importance to personal and professional growth. You will receive a comprehensive introduction and we encourage you to continue developing yourself.

Required experience and skills

As a Product Owner, you have strong communication skills: you switch effortlessly between different internal and external stakeholders. You are analytically strong, results-oriented and derive energy from achieving joint product objectives. You understand both the business processes of teams and the technical capabilities of HubSpot and related tools. You have a natural drive to support colleagues and make processes smarter. You are passionate about taking work off your colleagues' hands and creating overview and clarity.

In addition, you recognise yourself in the following:

  • Experience: Several years of experience as a Product Owner or in a similar role, such as Product Manager or Project Manager.
  • Agile and PSPO: Experience in an Agile environment and preferably at least PSPO 2 certification.
  • Business processes: You preferably have experience with or at least an interest in business processes and HubSpot, and want to learn more about them.
  • Methodology: Knowledge of the Winning by Design (WbD) Bowtie methodology, or willingness to learn more about it and obtain certifications.
  • Language skills: You speak both Dutch and English fluently.

Good to know: You are available for 32-38 hours per week. Hybrid (remote) working is common at Nedap, and you and your team will agree on your working hours and holiday entitlement to ensure a good work-life balance. You will be present at our campus in Groenlo at least twice a week.
