Senior Consultant Operational Excellence

Your future tasks

As a Senior Consultant Operational Excellence, you will advise our clients on optimizations and innovations that enhance performance. You are capable of leading implementations and transformations and get energized by improving processes.

Within our Operations team, you will have the freedom and responsibility to apply your vision and expertise in multidisciplinary teams alongside colleagues from all our Service Lines.

• Lead challenging client projects—from analysis and advice to hands-on implementation
• Add value across all levels of the client’s organization: one day facilitating a strategy workshop with senior leadership, the next co-developing process improvement proposals based on time measurements from the shop floor
• Maintain relationships with clients and your network, spotting new needs and translating them into future projects
• Guide, coach, and train colleagues and clients
• Play a key role in developing and expanding the Operations Service Line
• Work on innovations and new propositions in collaboration with the BearingPoint network—for example, our ‘Lean for Green’ initiative that eliminates pollution as the ninth type of waste in processes to drive sustainability.

Your profile

• You are looking for a new challenge in a dynamic environment with social impact
• You hold a relevant master’s degree and have 5+ years of work experience
• You have experience in leading teams and projects
• You bring expertise in performance improvements, process optimizations, and other changes in operational environments (Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus)
• You have knowledge and experience in energy transition or financial services
• You possess excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English (written and spoken)
