Join the Allocation / Buying & Merchandising Team at Karl Lagerfeld Outlet Channel

THE ROLE

Provide key support in the Allocation / Buying & Merchandising team of Karl Lagerfeld Outlet channel.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Allocators on initial stock and replenishment orders
  • Late Night Shopping order management
  • Assist on in-season analysis on store and product data
  • Keep a close communication with the stores
  • Support preparing presentations and reports
  • Maintain End of Season pricing in the system (Cegid)
  • Ad hoc administration tasks

MAIN RELATIONSHIPS

  • Retail operations / logistics
  • Buying / merchandise team

SKILLS AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor degree in fashion or Business degree
  • Language: fluent in English, both verbal and written

PROFILE

  • Numerical skills
  • Familiar with MS Office, especially Excel and Powerpoint
  • Has an eye for detail and consistency
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Able to work independently as well as in a team
  • Flexibility, adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude are a must
  • Interest & passion for the fashion industry
  • Available for a minimum of 6 months
  • Start date: January 12, 2026
