This is what you’ll do

• Design, maintain, and troubleshoot CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, Tekton) to ensure reliable and scalable deployments.
• Develop and optimize deployment automation using Helm charts, ArgoCD configurations, and infrastructure-as-code practices.
• Support internal engineering teams by improving ease-of-use features in the open-source Backstage.
• Deploy and manage infrastructure configurations, ensuring compliance with best practices and regulatory standards.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation (AsciiDoc, Confluence) to support knowledge sharing and platform adoption.

You’ll bring us these skills

• Strong programming experience with TypeScript, ReactJS, Java, Go and build tools such as Maven.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD), and understanding of IaaS concepts.
• Working knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, and ideally experience with Backstage (Spotify).
• Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Grafana) and configuration tools such as Ansible.
• Strong analytical thinking, adaptability, and eagerness to learn new technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a distributed, multi-team environment.
