About This Role

In this high-impact role, you’ll develop and execute innovative, city-focused marketing strategies that strengthen our local presence and drive measurable business growth. Your mission: unlock the full potential of our key cities in the Netherlands by combining creativity, cultural insight, and a strong focus on performance.

You’ll be part of our NL Marketing Team, reporting into the head of growth and customer engagement. In this role you’ll be working closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, CRM, Performance Marketing, and Brand & Communications, ensuring every campaign we launch is locally relevant, insight-driven, and business-focused.

These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

  • Shape local strategy: develop and execute marketing activities that connect with city culture, support commercial goals, and build stronger brand relevance.
  • Partner collaboration: work with restaurant partners to highlight their stories, amplify their offerings, and engage audiences across digital and offline channels.
  • Be on the ground: spend time in key cities to support campaign execution, spot trends, and gather insights to guide future activities.
  • Project ownership: manage campaign timelines, KPIs, and deliverables to ensure smooth cross-functional collaboration and effective rollout.
  • Drive local impact: help bring to life campaigns that combine storytelling, creativity, and business results, resonating with urban audiences.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Collaborate closely with local sales teams, central marketing, and other departments to deliver cohesive, impactful campaigns.

What will you bring to the table?

  • Marketing experience, preferably in a B2C, e-commerce or FMCG environment
  • A balance of strategic thinking and creative instinct, with a data-driven, test-and-learn mindset. Able to work independently, with a proactive, problem-solving, and data-driven approach.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and cultures. Comfortable collaborating with various internal and external parties and (senior) stakeholders
  • A passion for urban culture, food, and community engagement. You know what makes cities tick.
  • Excellent prioritization, planning, and organization skills, with the ability to ensure successful project management and related evaluations
  • Fluent in English and Dutch (written and spoken) and good communication skills
