Wunderbricks started with a dream of digitizing real estate. We asked ourselves: how can we make an industry that's stuck in the 1990s more accessible to everyone? We started our mission in 2019 when we created our state-of-the-art, next generation property management system (PMS).

Built on the Salesforce.com platform, our PMS is extremely customizable and not an end-to-end solution. That’s why we allow our clients to easily connect their favorite applications through our cloud integration platform or use a selection of the 7,000+ integrations in the Salesforce AppExchange.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a skillful Salesforce Consultant to further strengthen our Implementation team. You will implement our PMS for our medium sized to large estate customers. As these customers have all their own specific requirements, you will help them configure the Salesforce environment to their needs to get the most value out of the application. You will work closely with our project managers, sales team, product owners, and developers. In this role, you will act as the central technical and functional point of contact for our external implementation partners. You will be responsible for the correct integration of complex Wunderbricks real estate processes into the customer's broader Salesforce architecture. This involves translating customer requirements into technical specifications for partners and accurately guiding them through the deeper real estate logic of our product, such as configuring Leases, executing Indexation Runs, and handling Owner Settlements. You will manage the integration scope and monitor adherence to Wunderbricks standards to ensure a scalable and maintainable solution.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Implement Wunderbricks PMS for new real estate customers.
• Design and implement customizations.
• Support other consultants on projects as needed.
• Collaborate with project management to estimate time needed for requested customizations.
• Support sales with customer intakes and quoting requested customizations.
• Partner with the operations team on customer issues.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to design new and improve existing functionality.
• Create and maintain customer documentation.
• Provide feedback to product owners to improve and enhance our PMS.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Mandatory: Excellent Dutch communication skills (verbal and written). English is a strong plus.
• Minimum 3+ years Salesforce Consultancy experience.
• Strong ability to clearly communicate complex matters to diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Familiarity with the AppExchange and eagerness to learn and test new applications.
• Strong experience in collecting and analysing customer requirements.
• Knowledge of Apex and Visualforce is a plus.
