What will you do?

You will work in a dynamic and international team of 9 business analysts distributed over France and the Netherlands. You play a central role in implementing the NDC project, which creates a new channel for indirect sales. You will be involved in adjusting and maintaining system settings and organizing and executing system tests. You will monitor the progress of data processing to downstream systems and act on any errors or incidents. Additionally:

• You maintain existing working instructions and create new ones when necessary;
• You act as an EPIC owner for new developments in a SAFE/AGILE environment;
• You take the lead in process change or improvement initiatives.

Where do you land?

You will be part of the amazing NDC team (New Distribution Capabilities) located in Amstelveen and will travel regularly to colleagues in Paris and Nice. The team works closely with the IT team in Valbonne and the Distribution business in Paris and Amstelveen.

Your profile

You strive for the best quality and enjoy solving problems with your hands-on mentality and agile mindset. You are eager to learn about airline distribution processes and innovations in an international and dynamic environment. You have good organizational and planning skills and can break down complex issues into smaller parts. Additionally:

• You are pursuing IT studies closely linked to business management at the HBO level;
• You have strong verbal and written English communication skills.
