Your role:
- Conduct Partner Sales activities and manage channel partner development for less complex, lower-revenue partners, focusing on relationship nurturing and operational support.
- Develop and manage an efficient network of Channel Partners aligned with the Go-to-Market strategy, identifying, recruiting, and nurturing partners to enhance market reach and performance.
- Develop and execute action plans to enhance channel partners' capabilities by setting measurable goals, providing targeted training and resources, and driving partner results to ensure alignment with market development goals, focusing on both Operational Impact (OIT) and sales growth for equipment and services.
- Formulate future strategic directions for Partner Sales, define short-term goals, identify key opportunities and challenges, develop actionable plans to enhance performance, and manage company and partner resources to meet strategic objectives outlined in the joint business plan.
- Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and evaluating partner accounts, identify and integrate potential partners, assess their performance, and manage team talent through employee selection, performance and compensation management, career development, and ensuring effective operational oversight.
- Build networks with key contacts inside and outside the company to stay informed on industry developments, and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, to establish lasting partnerships that drive mutual value and strategic growth opportunities.
- Develop robust processes with formal reporting mechanisms and KPI metrics, and evaluate strategic and market analyses to track project progress, manage operational risks, and ensure budget and timeline adherence.
- Negotiate and manage licensing agreements, acquisitions, and alliances, acting as the main liaison to maintain productive external relationships, and guide project teams in evaluating and negotiating contractual terms.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners, ensuring clear articulation of project goals, expectations, and deliverables to foster collaboration and alignment across all levels.
You're the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Sales Management, or equivalent.
- You bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in Sales, Account Management, Business Development, or a related field.
- You have experience in the healthcare industry or MedTech companies, preferably in ECG management or fetal monitoring.
- You can develop and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to diverse stakeholders, demonstrating advanced sales acumen to effectively communicate value propositions and drive business development opportunities.
- You utilize strong stakeholder management skills to build and maintain strategic relationships, ensuring alignment and collaboration with key partners to achieve business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction.
- You apply lean methodologies to streamline sales processes, enhance efficiency, and optimize resource allocation, supporting continuous improvement and fostering a culture of innovation within the sales team.
- You are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
- You are willing to travel a minimum of 3 days a week to customers onsite in the Benelux region.
This team supports the Philips Hospital and Ambulatory Monitoring business unit in the Benelux region.
