If you are in the Unilever Ice Cream business or considering joining, you will be part of the global, leading Ice Cream player with €7.9bn turnover in 2023. The Ice Cream business operates in a highly attractive category, as part of the €1 trillion snacking and refreshment industry, growing consistently at a high pace. We have strong brand equities, with 5 of the top 10 selling brands including Wall’s, Magnum, and Ben & Jerry’s. We are investing to unlock the full growth potential of Ice Cream as a standalone entity, with separation from Unilever planned by November 2025.

You will have ample options for career growth and exploration, with opportunities across the new organization. Your career development will be a priority, and we are dedicated to supporting your growth journey within the new company. We hope you will want to build the new chapter of our Ice Cream history together with us.
