The Role

The Digital Product Activation Coordinator at KARL LAGERFELD plays a key role in the successful launch of digital products on the Digital Marketplaces. You will be responsible for product onboarding and error resolution of assigned Digital Marketplaces, and for coordinating digital images updates for Karl.com and Digital Marketplaces. You will work closely with the Digital Product Activation team, Buying & Merchandising, Ecommerce and Marketplace partners. The role requires good communication and collaborative skills, as well as a good eye for detail. The Digital Product Activation Coordinator reports to the Digital Product Activation Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Digital Product Activation:
  • Coordinate the seasonal and off-seasonal product onboarding process for assigned Digital Marketplaces to reach product live-ratios KPIs.
  • Maintain product activation trackers of assigned Digital Marketplaces on product and country level to increase live ratios, and communicate updates to internal teams.
  • Identify and resolve product data and product image related errors to ensure timely product launches, in collaboration and consultation with the Digital Product Activation team and Digital Marketplace partners.
  • Facilitate weekly replenishments by checking the onboarding status of products across various marketplaces, in collaboration with the Allocation and Operations teams.
  • Coordination of seasonal product retagging and offboarding.
  • Perform markdown price checks across various Marketplaces.
  • Perform regular Product Detail Page cross checks for all Marketplaces for an accurate representation of the digital products.
  • Support with the set-up of product onboarding for new Digital Marketplaces.
  • Digital Assets:
  • Identify and resolve post-production digital asset errors and inconsistencies, in collaboration with the Digital Asset Management system vendors, Ecommerce and Customer Service teams.
  • Support with the set-up of digital assets for new Digital Marketplaces.

The Profile

  • Business Administration, Fashion Management, or related studies.
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Problem solving and pro-active mind set.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, ability to communicate with internal and external partners in a clear and constructive way.
  • Proficient with Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
  • 1-2 year experience in ecommerce is a plus.
