About the Team

The Grocery Partnerships team builds and scales strategic relationships with the world’s largest grocers to shape the future of e-commerce. We work at the intersection of business development, operations, and product to unlock new growth opportunities for DoorDash and our grocery partners. Our team’s mission is to help grocers expand their reach, drive incremental revenue, and deliver seamless omnichannel experiences to customers across North America.

About the Role

As an Enterprise Account Executive on the Grocery Partnerships team, you’ll be focused on building relationships with major grocery chains in North America. You will be tasked with building new partnerships and expanding existing ones. You’ll design and negotiate commercial deals, support existing account teams and develop go-to-market strategies for our suite of products. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring creativity, strategic thinking, and the ability to operate in ambiguity to build new partnership models from the ground up.

You will report into the Senior Manager, Grocery Partnerships on our Enterprise Grocery Partnerships team.

  • You have 5-8+ years of experience in enterprise partnerships, sales, business development, go-to-market or strategy & operations.
  • You’re polished and confident working with large-scale organizations and C-suite stakeholders.

  • You bring an entrepreneurial mindset, and a bias towards building and collaboration.

Compensation

Actual compensation within the pay range listed below will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. Base salary is localized according to employee work location.

In addition to base salary, the compensation for this role includes opportunities for equity grants and sales commission.

  • For salaried roles: flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year.
  • For hourly roles: vacation accrued at about 1 hour for every 25.97 hours worked (e.g. about 6.7 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 3.4 hours/month if working 20 hours/week), and paid sick time accrued at 1 hour for every 30 hours worked (e.g. about 5.8 hours/month if working 40 hours/week; about 2.9 hours/month if working 20 hours/week).

The national base pay range for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $111,860—$164,500 USD

The total on-target earnings (base + commissions) for this position within the United States, including Illinois and Colorado: $159,800—$235,000 USD
