Account Executive

Lightspeed is growing fast, and so are our Sales team. We’re on the lookout for Dutch-speaking sales talent who are excited to make an impact. 🚀 What you’ll be doing:

• Have discovery conversations with potential prospects in order to properly position Lightspeed as their solution
• Conduct in depth product demos
• Manage multiple sales cycles from initial conversations to activation
• Leverage other lead opportunities when time permits to support your pipeline

And a little bit of....

• Work on other sales/marketing campaigns designed to improve the customer experience as well as grow Lightspeed MRR in the process.
• Contributing as part of the wider team to achieve organisational objectives even if this means doing things that aren’t strictly within the scope of your role

What We're Looking For:

• Fluency in Dutch, plus a good command of English (French would also be beneficial but not necessary)
• Passion for sales, tech, and supporting businesses
• The resilience to bounce back from rejection and keep finding ways to move forward
• A proactive and curious mindset — always looking to learn and improve
• Great communication skills and the ability to connect with different types of customers
• Experience in sales - (but not a must for sales development — we also train rising talent!)
