This is a focused and impactful role within our Central Data & Analytics organization. You will be the owner and champion of our internal User Behavioural Data (UBD) platform, which serves as the single source of truth for all user-related behavioral data at JET. You'll be part of a unified vision for the entire user data journey, from how it's captured at the source (via tools like Snowplow) to how it's used to create hyper-personalized customer experiences.
You'll focus on powering advanced analytics, experimentation, and building a loved product, ensuring our teams have the data they need to understand user journeys, optimize their products, and drive strategic growth. Success in this role hinges on close collaboration with the teams that own the data capture (i.e. Analytics Platform team) and those that use the data (including Customer Data Platforms and other data warehouses), ensuring a seamless, high-quality data pipeline from end to end.
