Company description

Sia is a next-generation, global management consulting group. Founded in 1999, we were born digital. Today our strategy and management capabilities are augmented by data science, enhanced by creativity and driven by responsibility. We’re optimists for change and we help clients initiate, navigate and benefit from transformation. We believe optimism is a force multiplier, helping clients to mitigate downside and maximize opportunity.

With expertise across a broad range of sectors and services, our 3,000 consultants serve clients worldwide from 48 locations in 19 countries. Our expertise delivers results. Our optimism transforms outcomes.

Your role as Library Manager

As a Library Manager, you play a key role in maintaining and developing our process management ecosystem within ADONIS and related BPM tools. You ensure that process models, conventions, and repositories are structured, consistent, and accessible for all consultants and clients. You act as the go-to expert for modeling standards, repository management, and user support - enabling teams to use process management tools efficiently and consistently across Sia and our client environments.

You will also:

  • Manage and maintain the ADONIS repository, including user account creation, rights management, and repository configuration.
  • Coordinate with BOC Group and internal teams for upgrades, time slots, and technical requests.
  • Support our client environments, handling user requests and ensuring smooth system access.
  • Provide first-line support for modeling and system questions, including reviewing models, answering “how-to” questions, and offering improvement feedback.
  • Ensure alignment with and continuous improvement of modeling conventions; process and approve related requests.
  • Contribute to implementation projects when clients adopt ADONIS or other BPM tools, supporting setup and configuration.
  • Train and guide users through BPM tool use, modeling standards, and repository management.
  • Collaborate closely with consultants to ensure high-quality process modeling that supports project delivery and client success.

This is you

You are systematic, analytical, and organized. Someone who enjoys structure and precision. You take pride in maintaining high-quality process information and supporting colleagues in using BPM tools effectively. You combine a technical understanding of systems and data structures with an eye for collaboration and service.

Furthermore, you:

  • Have experience or strong affinity with process modeling and BPM tools (preferably ADONIS).
  • Understand data CRUD principles (Create, Read, Update, Delete) and can systematically manage process data in a structured environment.
  • Are service-oriented, proactive, and communicative - colleagues know they can rely on you.
  • Have strong analytical skills and can translate technical issues into clear, practical solutions.
  • Enjoy working in teams and supporting others to work efficiently within modeling environments.
  • Have experience in stakeholder management and are comfortable liaising between consultants, IT teams, and external partners.
  • Are fluent in Dutch and English (German is a plus).

What you can expect from us

Your development is our priority. Whether it’s through challenging projects, inspiring colleagues or personal growth, we invest in your success, every step of the way.

We offer:

  • An attractive salary that grows with your experience and performance.
  • A yearly bonus based on your individual and team results.
  • Sustainable and practical mobility options, whether you prefer to travel by train, bike, or your own vehicle.
  • A solid pension plan and additional benefits to support your well-being.
  • Freedom in where you work — from home, at the client’s office, or in one of our inspiring hubs in Amsterdam or Maastricht, including a home working allowance.
  • The best tools to do your job, including an Apple MacBook.
  • 26 days of holiday per year, with the opportunity to earn extra days as your seniority grows.
  • Plenty of learning opportunities, from mentoring and training programs to international projects that broaden your perspective.
  • A strong community, where connection matters. We organize regular social and sports activities to celebrate successes together.
