What does the role involve?

As a Finance Analyst, you will take the first step on your journey toward an international CFO career. This position is part of a fast-track development plan designed to strengthen your financial, strategic, and leadership capabilities and prepare you for senior finance roles within our organization.

You will play a pivotal role in strategic projects, turning data into actionable insights that drive commercial performance and support strategic decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Finance. As you grow, you will become a trusted advisor to senior management, managing our full reporting landscape, automating key reports, and enhancing business transparency, making a crucial impact on business decisions.

Your work will combine analytical depth with hands-on experience in Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, and VBA—tools that enable data-driven decisions at all levels of the business.

• Sustainable automation of reporting landscape and data-driven decision making
• Sparring partner for Sales, Marketing, and Finance functions on all levels
• Contribute to shaping our local and international reporting strategy
• Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Power BI and/or SAP Analytics Cloud
• Analyze sales performance, bonus KPIs, and incentive structures
• Support target setting and forecasting processes with data-driven insights
• Act as a key contact for reporting systems and tools
• Provide ad-hoc analysis and support strategic initiatives

What you need is:

• Up to 2 years of experience in a similar role (e.g. Management Consultant, Financial Analyst, or Controller)
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field with a GPA of min. 7.5
• You have international growth ambitions and are willing to relocate
• Exceptional analytical skills with a strong eye for detail
• Hands-on mentality and an exceptional drive to achieve results
• Proven experience with Power BI and Excel; experience with SAP Analytics Cloud is a strong advantage
• Clear affinity with commercial processes, KPIs, and bonus or incentive structures
• Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands without a sponsorship
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English
