Join Treatwell as a Junior Product Marketing Manager
We’re looking for a new talent to strengthen the Product Marketing team as Jr. Product Marketing Manager in an international environment full of growth opportunities, reporting into the Product Marketing Lead.
Your role will be an even split of:
- Support defining Product Marketing direction and own execution for launching new releases of our Salonized software management (SaaS) in key markets (NL, BE, and DE).
- Own and fully execute lifecycle and CRM activities for Salonized, with the support of our Group-level lifecycle team.
- Support Product Marketing Leads and Salonized Marketing Manager with projects for our other SaaS, Marketplace and Payment offerings.
You'll be responsible for:
- Develop customer-centric propositions, GTM briefings and document them.
- Create compelling messaging and visual identities for releases to drive customer satisfaction, retention and ARPU.
- Equip Sales and After-Sales teams with training and enablement materials, while owning competitive analysis to support commercial excellence.
- Advise the product team on customer and market opportunities to help shape the roadmap.
- Track commercial performance, adoption and campaign impact to refine GTM strategies.
- Map salon partner journey, identifying key milestones and moments to drive engagement and retention.
- Design and implement strategies for each lifecycle stage (awareness, acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation).
- Create impactful CRM campaigns that support active partners.
- Measure the performance of lifecycle initiatives, track key KPIs (e.g., activation rates, retention rates, churn rates), and report insights to stakeholders.
- You will work closely with the Marketing Manager Salonized (also an open vacancy) and build together on the growth & expansion of Salonized.
- Besides, you will work cross-functionally with teams such as Product Management, Sales & CSM, Customer Research, Marketing Operations, Design & Content, Lifecycle and Data, and use this data to optimize continuously.

About you:
- Around 3 years of experience in a Product Marketing, Lifecycle or Campaigning role, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience in CRM tools such as Intercom and/or Hubspot.
- Fluent in English and Dutch (both spoken and written).
- A cross-functional team player skilled in project management, multitasking, and clear documentation.
- Problem-solving, ‘get things done’ attitude without compromising on quality.
- Customer-first thinker who is data-oriented, affinity with market research is a bonus.
- Analytical capabilities, experience in data platforms such as Looker is a bonus.
- Strong optimistic communication skills for effective collaboration and training.
- Able to work at pace, with energy and curiosity in a fast-growth international environment.
- Passionate about the beauty and technology space.
