Freelance Senior Brand Designer

We’re launching an exciting internal communications project for a leading global tech brand—a chance to help redefine how its people connect through design. As freelance Senior Brand Designer, you’ll join our strategy and design teams to translate a refreshed brand identity into a scalable internal system that feels human, inspiring, and on-brand. From discovery through concept delivery, you’ll shape the creative direction that brings clarity, emotion, and alignment to internal storytelling.

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams during the Discover Phase to capture key insights, goals, and design requirements
• Develop two creative concept directions during the Concept Phase, presenting rationale and design applications
• Refine one final direction for approval and prepare a roadmap for rollout
• Translate brand strategy and art direction into cohesive visual systems and design toolkits
• Maintain a high level of craft and consistency across all deliverables while managing your own time and workflow

What we need

• 5+ years of experience designing brand identities and applications for global or multi-market brands
• A portfolio showing exceptional conceptual thinking and visual craft
• Strong skills in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Framer or Rive a plus)
• Confidence in presenting ideas and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A balance of strategic thinking, creative intuition, and design precision
