This is what you’ll do:

• Create intuitive, user-centric digital experiences that align with our mission to simplify the complex.
• Deliver high-fidelity interactive designs and prototypes for both web and mobile platforms.
• Translate research insights into impactful design concepts, participating in both qualitative and quantitative user research.
• Collaborate closely with Product Experience, IT, Marketing, and other stakeholders to deliver exceptional, cohesive product experiences.
• Develop and iterate designs — from low-fidelity sketches and wireframes to polished, production-ready prototypes.
• Clearly communicate design specifications and user flows to development teams.
• Support developers in defining measurement plans to evaluate new features and iterations.
• Contribute to and utilize our group-wide design system to ensure visual consistency and efficiency.
• Provide constructive feedback to fellow designers, contributing to a culture of learning and continuous improvement.

You bring us these skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field.
• 3–5 years in UX design for retail or consumer-oriented digital products.
• Experience designing complex interfaces for financial or trading-related products is a strong plus.
• Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Miro, and other collaborative design tools; experience with rapid prototyping (e.g., Axure, InVision, Proto.io).
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS and working knowledge of accessibility, localization, and inclusive design principles.
• Hands-on experience in UX research and usability testing.
• Skilled in working with Jira, Confluence, and standard office applications.
• Excellent written and spoken English skills.
