Take Ownership:

• Lead and own the company’s regulatory compliance roadmap — identify gaps, define action plans, and ensure timely closure of all compliance requirements.
• Monitor and anticipate upcoming regulatory changes (3–24 months horizon).
• Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, and Internal Audit teams to prevent breaches, address audit findings, and guide external auditors to optimal outcomes through clear, informed communication.

• Deep expertise in financial regulations, audits, and compliance frameworks, with relevant certifications preferred.
• Strong understanding of fraud prevention technologies and emerging financial crime threats, with the ability to implement proactive, tech-driven controls.

• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills — capable of improving efficiency and reducing operational workload via automation and AI.
