Values & Innovation

At Under Armour, we are committed to empowering those who strive for more. Our company's values – Act Sustainably, Celebrate the Wins, Fight on Together, Love Athletes, and Stand for Equality – serve as both a roadmap for our teams and the qualities expected of every teammate. These values define and unite us, acting as rallying cries that remind us why we're here and fuel everything we do. Our pursuit of better begins with innovation and with our team's mission of being the best. With us, you get the freedom to go further – no matter your role. That means developing, delivering, and selling state-of-the-art products and digital tools that make top performers even better.

Purpose of Role

The EMEA Manager of FP&A – DTC will be a key member of our team, reporting directly to the EMEA Senior Director of FP&A. This role provides strategic and financial support for our EMEA DTC business, covering both retail and digital channels. You will manage the full P&L and partner with key retail and digital leaders across the region. Primary responsibilities include strategic support, long-term and short-term planning, financial reporting, financial management, and target setting and tracking. The goal is to achieve both short- and long-term financial metrics and to deliver a balanced long-term plan aligned with the broader EMEA strategy. You will also manage and develop one direct report, providing the appropriate level of support and opportunities for growth within the EMEA team.

Your Impact

Financial Planning

  • Lead DTC Financial Planning cycles, working across cross-functional groups to ensure accurate forecasting of revenue, margin, and SGA.
  • Collaborate with the Director of FP&A and regional leadership to develop long-range strategic plans for the wholesale channel, ensuring financial plans reflect regional and channel strategies across key European markets.
  • Manage quarterly forecast submissions and in-month latest estimate updates, focusing on channel and country plans; interpret outlooks and advise management on risks and opportunities.

Business Analytics

  • Provide financial leadership, P&L management, and strategic support for EMEA retail and eCommerce teams.
  • Interpret, analyze, and review financial results and KPIs to provide recommendations, ensure accountability, and drive performance.
  • Oversee management and performance reporting, delivering business updates on performance and outlining actions.
  • Offer financial and strategic business support through interaction with cross-functional customer teams, education and evaluation of business results, and development of growth initiatives.

Investment Analytics

  • Complete ROI and capital asset requests supporting key investments for the channel, such as new store investments and platform enhancements.
  • Conduct channel and country ROI assessments to ensure capital is invested in the highest return opportunities.
  • Track sales performance and conduct post-investment analytics to support decision-making.
  • Support business development initiatives (e.g., product launches, entry into new distribution channels, partners, and markets) through strategic analysis, investment optimization analytics, valuation, and financial due diligence.
  • Provide ad hoc business development and financial support for new business ideas (e.g., catchment model, omni-investments, ROI on capital spend requests).

Qualifications

  • BA/BS required.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or Accounting.
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and influence.
  • Team player with the ability to influence others outside of direct-reporting lines.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, problem-solving, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively at all levels and articulate ideas, financial results, and actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, willingness to "do what it takes" to get the job done, and commitment to challenging the status quo to make things better.
  • Expertise in Excel, financial modeling, cash flow valuation, scenario/sensitivity analysis, and ROI, NPV, and IRR analyses.

Benefits & Perks

  • Paid “UA Give Back” Volunteer Days: Work alongside your team to support initiatives in your local community.
  • Under Armour Merchandise Discounts.
  • Health & fitness benefits, discounts, and resources – programs to promote physical activity and overall well-being.
  • Hybrid work environment.
  • Teammate Resource Groups (e.g., Green Machine, Sustainability, LGBTQIA+, Women in Leading and Living, Balance for mental health and wellbeing, etc.).
  • Human Performance Institute (Gym) on site.
  • Local language course when moving from abroad.

It started with a simple plan to make a superior T-shirt. A shirt that provided compression and wicked perspiration off your skin rather than absorb it. A shirt that worked with your body to regulate temperature and enhance performance.
