Be part of progress

The organizational transformation in scope for this assignment is called ADM, which stands for ASML Development Model. It is the operating model for Development & Engineering (D&E) and describes how we collaborate across clusters and sectors to develop, build, and integrate our complex machines. Since ADM was introduced in 2018, a large amount of content has been created to support this organizational transformation, such as blueprints, handbook sections, and training materials. In view of our continuous improvement efforts, we want to ensure this content truly supports our users in their daily work.

Your assignment

Your assignment will focus on evaluating the current ADM content using available data and user feedback. You will identify gaps between content and user needs and define actionable insights that help us improve the way we support learning and change.

  • Data Exploration: Identify and interpret available data related to ADM content usage and user behavior
  • User Research: Conduct interviews and/or surveys to understand user needs and expectations
  • User Needs Classification: Use frameworks like the “5 Moments of Need” to categorize user needs
  • Gap Analysis: Compare user needs with current content offerings to identify gaps
  • Recommendations: Provide practical suggestions to improve content relevance and accessibility
  • Impact Evaluation: After implementing improvements, assess their effect using the same data sources

This is a bachelor or master’s internship (not suited for a graduation internship) for a minimum of 5-6 months, minimum 4 days per week (2 days on-site). The start date of this internship is February 2026 (earlier is also possible).
