Talent Management Internship Opportunity at JDE Peet's

Join us as Talent Management Intern at our Utrecht office starting January/February 2026. During this internship, you’ll help strengthen the learning and development culture within JDE Netherlands and support the team with various Talent Management projects.

Your key activities will be:

  • Assisting in the development and rollout of tools, materials, and communications related to Learning & Development, Performance Management, Talent Management, and Engagement
  • Planning and organizing various trainings and communicating with stakeholders
  • Coordinating and facilitating the onboarding program for new employees
  • Providing administrative support and managing the Learning & Development mailbox
  • Maintaining and improving digital learning solutions and learning systems
  • Contributing ideas on sustainable employability, engagement, and performance initiatives

Qualifications

Are you bursting with fresh ideas and eager to learn? We want you!

Here's what we're looking for:

  • Academic Program: You’re enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s program (BSc or MSc) throughout the internship period, preferably in HR, Educational Science, Pedagogy, HRD, Psychology, or Sociology
  • Skillset: You’re proficient in MS Office and fluent in English. Experience with learning systems or organizing trainings is a plus
  • Personal traits: You work in a structured way, are energetic and proactive, communicate easily, and enjoy working in a team while also being independent
  • Commitment: You’re available for at least 5 months.
  • Availability: You can join the internship 4 or 5 days a week, with three days in the office and one day from home – a great mix of collaboration and independence

  • Your internship should be included in your study curriculum and directly contribute to your academic results.
  • Your educational institution is willing to sign a collaboration agreement with JDE Peet's.
  • You are enrolled in a Dutch educational institution and living in the Netherlands during the entire duration of the internship.
