EU Professional Services Senior Buyer

Do you want to lead strategic sourcing initiatives driving cost optimization across Europe? Are you passionate about building strong supplier relationships and shaping category strategies? Then join us as our next EU Professional Services Senior Buyer!

In this role, you will be responsible for executing regional sourcing and cost optimization projects within Professional Services categories and ensuring procurement excellence through compliance and contract management. You will also lead supplier benchmarking and RFP processes, manage stakeholder needs, and contribute to long-term category strategies that deliver measurable value.

Your main responsibilities will be:

• Implement efficiency projects across Europe for 2–3 key categories (e.g., Travel & Compensation, Talent & Contingency Workforce, Real Estate, IS/IT, Outsourced Professional Services).
• Drive productivity and ensure timely, high-quality execution of procurement initiatives.
• Lead supplier sourcing, benchmarking, RFPs, negotiations, and performance reviews.
• Build strong internal networks to capture business needs, prioritize projects, and deliver value.
• Support demand and specification management strategies with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance and application of negotiated conditions throughout procurement processes.
• Contribute to category strategy and roadmap development for long-term impact.
• Track savings (Cost Out) and promote added value (Value In) for stakeholders.

About you

• Master degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum of 7 years of professional experience in procurement in EU or Global level.
• Good knowledge in professional services (HR, Travel & Compensation, Talent & Contingency Workforce, Real Estate, IS/IT, Outsourced Professional Services).
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to solve complex problems.
• Fluent in English mandatory and another European language is a plus.
