Purpose of Role

Pricing is a key driver of Under Armour’s profitability and success. As a Professional Pricing Operations, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the pricing team at Under Armour. You will be a key member of the team, reporting to the Senior Pricing Manager EMEA. You will take growing ownership of pricing data administration, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of pricing data. You will lead efforts to streamline processes and resolve data challenges, while continuously seeking improvements. Over time, the role will evolve from process-focused execution to providing strategic, data-driven insights and decision support.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and strong analytical skills. A sense of curiosity, eagerness to learn, and clear communication will be key to success in this role. Previous experience with data administration and analytical tools is highly desirable.

Your Impact

• Drive execution of pricing workflows across systems (Trasix, P360, SAP) to ensure pricing of our products is always correct and up to date.
• Execute promotions in SAP / SFDC for Factory House & E-Commerce.
• Create and maintain UA distributor price lists.
• Communicate pricing changes across the region.
• Audit, identify and drive resolution of pricing data issues to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
• Partner with global EDM team to drive system enhancements.
• Collaborate across multiple regional teams to identify, align and implement process improvements and better ways of working.
• Support in identifying opportunities for retail promo optimization.

• Ability to work in an international environment with a clear understanding of cultural differences.
• Proven analytical capabilities to assess data, identify trends, and define actions to drive results.
• Ability to self-start, prioritize and deliver accurate and reliable results in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced Excel (Power Query, PivotTables, VBA).
• Familiarity with SQL and experience with Snowflake and Tableau is a plus.
• Experience working with SAP/SFDC is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• University degree.
• 1-2 years of experience with data administration, pricing or analytics, preferably in the retail and consumer products industry.

Workplace Location

This individual must reside within commuting distance from our Amsterdam office. Starting in October, teammates are required to work on-site for 3 days per week. This will increase to 4 days per week beginning January 2026.
