About the Team

The DashMart Business Development team manages the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest retail fulfillment partnerships in North America.

About The Role

The model uses DoorDash’s network of DashMart locations to handle the entire logistics process from end-to-end, offering fast, reliable delivery to customers with near-perfect order accuracy.

In this role you will lead relationships with key DashMart partners while driving strategy and execution to grow our shared business while delivering value to customers. The best candidates will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and have exceptional interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills.

You’re excited about this opportunity because you will…

  • Manage and cultivate enterprise relationships with leading retailers and e-commerce logistics players that will drive step change growth for DoorDash and accelerate wins for our customers
  • Lead growth and efficiency initiatives with existing Merchant partners, conducting quarterly business reviews and joint business planning sessions
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of both our Merchant partners and customers, anticipating their demands and determining what is “next” by closely following the data, feedback, patterns, and trends
  • Serve as the liaison between our partners and DoorDash leadership, product, legal, operations, and logistics teams

We're excited about you because...

  • You have 4+ years of experience in business development, e-commerce, partner management or related experience with a track record of leading initiatives and delivering against strategic objectives
  • You’re an excellent verbal and written communicator, able to express complex ideas clearly and succinctly to both external and internal audiences
  • You thrive in cross-functional environments and are comfortable solving ambiguous problems
  • You demonstrate a data-driven approach to problem solving and prioritization
  • You are analytically rigorous and possess strong business acumen; you are confident with P&Ls and large data sets within Excel / Google sheets (basic SQL skills are preferred)
  • You are an experienced project manager, comfortable managing multiple deadlines simultaneously, reporting on progress, and keeping stakeholders informed in a fast-paced environment

Applications for this position are accepted on an ongoing basis
