Project manager NPI

At Demcon production, we are looking for a dedicated project manager NPI, who wants to make impact with us. We work on solutions to social challenges. We do this by producing high-quality, innovative applications, with a strong focus on healthcare.

Demcon production is a partner in pre-production and (series) production of complex systems and innovative products.

What are you going to do?

As a project manager NPI, you are the essential link between the customer and the in-house project team. Together with the team, you work on developing production processes and a supply chain for the series production of new products. You manage the content, organisational and qualitative aspects of the projects, from the quotation (including starting points, concept formation, risks, hourly budget and planning) to the final realisation. In doing so, you monitor technical progress, planning and budget and are proactive in addressing any bottlenecks. Finally, you ensure excellent communication with the client, the project team and within Demcon.

What do you bring to the table?

• At least a bachelor's degree in technical business administration, mechanical or electrical engineering;
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience;
• Plan-driven and result-oriented attitude;
• Empathetic and enthusiastic;
• Excellent command of the Dutch and English languages, both spoken and written.
