Job Summary
This FP&A Analyst II role at Equinix focuses on supporting revenue forecasting and budget accuracy, with a particular emphasis on Non-Recurring Revenue (NRR).
Responsibilities
- Partner with a manager to drive forecast and budget accuracy for NRR
- Deliver monthly and quarterly reporting
- Build and maintain financial databases using historical finance data
- Provide strategic support to help the business achieve targets
- Collaborate cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Support finance transformation projects
- Handle ad hoc deliverables

Qualifications
- Strong technical skills in Power BI, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Tech-savvy and interested in leveraging AI and automation for financial analysis and reporting
- Proven years of Finance experience required, preferably in FP&A
- Strong commercial attitude
- Excellent interpersonal and soft skills
- Natural analytical thinker
- Ability to simplify complex concepts
- Proficient English (spoken and written)
- Ability to perform multiple tasks and adapt to changing priorities
