As a Cost Control Analyst within the Global Warehousing team, you identify how business and financial data can be used to create insights into costs and volumes, supporting managers to make decisions to increase business value. Do you like the challenge of combining data and analytics into insights and driving quality decision making to address ASML’s opportunities and challenges? Role and Responsibilities

  • Gathering and combining various sources of data, presenting them in an understandable manner.
  • Presenting data to various levels of managers to enable drill down of information.
  • Translating business needs into financial and managerial reporting.
  • Conducting monthly operational review and reporting (MOR).
  • Ensuring business compliance with financial regulations and rules.
  • Cooperating with various teams to achieve short and long-term goals.
  • Translating data into actionable information.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to automate reporting and forecasting processes using best practices in the market.
  • Providing proactive support and input on information requests.
  • Continuously improving the reporting landscape, enabling accessible and reliable insights with minimal manual input.

Education and Experience

  • Master’s degree, preferably in Business Economics or Business Administration/Intelligence, combined with finance/accounting knowledge.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience in business analytics/data crunching from a budget point of view.
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Experience with driving monthly performance review and linking it to business drivers.
  • Experience with reporting solutions (ASML uses Spotfire; experience with PowerBI/Tableau is comparable) and understanding of main data modeling principles.
