What's on the menu?

As our new Revenue Operations Specialist, you’ll be the data heartbeat of our commercial team. You’ll keep our CRM (HubSpot) clean and accurate, track pipeline performance, and turn data into insights that drive smarter decisions.

Your week will blend hands-on data management, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success. You’ll help ensure our reporting is reliable, our workflows are efficient, and our teams are aligned around one clear commercial picture.

The key ingredients for success:

  • You have 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a data-focused role, and are comfortable working with systems and numbers.
  • You have experience with CRM tools (preferably HubSpot) and understand how clean data supports the sales funnel.
  • You have strong analytical skills, confident in using Google Sheets or Excel to analyze and visualize data.
  • You are detail-oriented and curious, eager to improve processes and uncover insights that support growth.

Bonus ingredients:

  • Experience in a SaaS or startup environment.
  • Familiarity with data automation or reporting tools (Looker Studio, Supermetrics).
  • Understanding of lead lifecycle stages (MQLs, SQLs, deals).

  • €3,700 - €4,000 per month excluding holiday allowance (depending on knowledge and experience)
