In this internship, you will join the Customer Marketing Global Travel Retail team, the team behind bringing our brands like M&M’S® and SNICKERS® to more than two billion travellers every year through Duty-Free channels.

You will be part of an international environment where creativity meets data, supporting projects that make our brands stand out across Duty-Free channels worldwide. This is an opportunity to contribute to meaningful work, gain hands-on experience, and see the direct impact of your efforts on a global scale.

You’ll work closely with the Customer and Category Marketing team on a variety of projects, such as analysing promotions, managing budgets, briefing creative agencies, and improving processes through automation. You will also contribute to in-store activations and immersive brand experiences in Duty-Free stores around the world.

Your main responsibilities include:

  • Budget Control & Analysis: Manage budgets and help track effectiveness
  • Agency Briefings: Support the creation of compelling campaigns through clear, structured communication
  • Promo Effectiveness: Analyse campaign performance and recommend improvements
  • Automation Projects: Streamline and digitalise key workflows
  • Shopfloor Activation: Support activations in Duty-Free stores worldwide
  • Immersive Experience Projects: Contribute to innovative shopper experiences

In addition, you’ll lead a long-term project tailored to your learning goals and the team’s priorities. This internship offers you the opportunity to experience how insights, creativity, and strategy come together in a truly global marketing environment.

We’re looking for a team player who takes initiative, is eager to learn, and enjoys collaborating across cultures. You are motivated to make an impact and passionate about understanding consumer behaviour and marketing within the FMCG industry.

You are:

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, ideally in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, Communication, but also open to talents from engineering, and remain enrolled for the duration of the internship
  • Motivated to make an impact and interested in FMCG long term
  • Fluent in English (Dutch is an advantage)
  • Available for at least 4 days per week and able to travel to our Veghel office
  • A challenging and versatile internship in an international environment
