About the role

This is a high-profile role in the Rewards & Performance team responsible for leading the Remuneration & Performance agenda with the annual cycle of activities. In this role you will work closely with the CHRO & HR Director CoE on the design and implementation of reward policies for the Essential Home population. You will also have the opportunity to expand your Performance knowledge by defining the Performance strategy of the company.

Your responsibilities

  • Owning the annual cycle of compensation & performance activities.
  • Providing analysis and support on various executive reward and other general reward matters.
  • Leading the design and delivery of the annual pay review cycle for the Essential Home population, including benchmarking and analyses.
  • Preparing offers and termination agreements for SMT roles.
  • Monitoring best practice and identifying opportunities for future development and innovation in reward programmes.
  • Assisting in the management of the Company’s long term incentive plans for the senior management population.
  • Managing the wider Reward team on the delivery of various global reward programmes and owning ad hoc reward projects as required from time to time.

The experience we're looking for

  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • HR/Reward experience preferred.
  • Knowledge of executive compensation is beneficial but not a prerequisite.
