Do you enjoy developing reports and dashboards, and translating data into insights that guide strategic decision-making? Are you passionate about social impact and ESG, and motivated to mature and strategically enhance the Community Partnership Program? Are you energized by cross-functional collaboration, working with different departments across ASML? If these questions resonate with you, we encourage you to apply and help us strengthen the impact of ASML’s Community Partnership Program.

Job mission

As an ESG Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be at the heart of our efforts to measure, analyze, and report on the impact of our programs, delivering robust governance and compliance with sustainability regulations. • Play an active role in program governance, including managing the project approval process and ensuring projects adhere to standardized methodologies and best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) and integrate regulatory reporting requirements into CPP reporting processes.
  • In addition to your core responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to contribute to broader portfolio management activities, such as stakeholder engagement and strategic planning.

You will be responsible for overseeing and managing ASML’s global Community Partnership Program project portfolio. This includes aligning CPP objectives with ASML’s ESG sustainability strategy, managing the project approval process, managing data, maintaining reporting tools & databases, producing regular and ad hoc reports, and driving operational efficiency.

Education and experience

  • Education: Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Sustainability, Economics, Business Administration, Social Sciences, or related).
  • Experience:
    • 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a large corporate and international environment.
    • Strong proficiency in Excel, developing and managing databases, dashboards, and reporting tools.
