Are you the strategic and trusted International Key Account Manager who helps our largest international retail partners grow while strengthening Secrid's worldwide success?

From our headquarters in De Binckhorst in The Hague, we design and sell our products through more than 8,500 points of sale across 90 countries. Production takes place in the Netherlands, with careful assembly by our Sheltered Workshop partners. We use only the finest quality materials to ensure longevity. In doing so, we prove that a people-centered and sustainable way of working is not only valuable but also commercially successful and future-proof.
Within our global growth, collaboration with international key accounts – major department stores, online retailers, and premium partners – plays a crucial role.
As International Key Account Manager, you'll be responsible for strengthening our relationships with Secrid's largest and most complex clients: leading department stores and international retail partners. You know how to translate the commercial roadmap into concrete growth and partnership plans for each customer and market.
You'll work closely with Area Managers, agents, and local partners to develop and execute account strategies. You'll actively connect with internal teams such as Marketing & Communications, Retail Marketing, and Spaces to enhance the brand experience at these accounts – from shop-in-shops and pop-ups to training programs and product launches.
You have a sharp sense of timing and collaboration: you understand when an investment in visibility or store positioning is key to long-term success. Beyond optimizing existing partnerships, you also know how to create new opportunities with major international prospects.

Competitive skill-based salary: between €4,056 and €6,485 gross per month (based on 36 hours, our full-time work week), depending on experience and fit within the Baarda function model.
