As an Expert Business Application Consultant in the Printing Industry, you will play a key role in supporting our clients with the implementation and optimization of business applications tailored to the unique needs of print production environments.

Your responsibilities will include analyzing client requirements, designing solutions, configuring software, and providing ongoing support to ensure seamless business operations.

• As our domain expert in the field of printing/labeling and packaging, you participate in discovery and presales conversations with prospects, translating business goals into clear solution options.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Lead the implementation of business applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices.
• You collaborate closely with different stakeholders (sales, delivery, the customer/prospect, etc.) throughout the project, from presales until go-live and support.
• You facilitate structured AS IS/TO BE workshops, capture requirements & user stories, and guide Fit/Gap analysis to shape the solution and roadmap.
• Provide training and support to end-users, enabling them to maximize the value of the solutions provided.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
• With your industry expertise, you are keen on sharing your knowledge and best practices with the team and client.
• You support in optimizing processes within our product team.
• Stay up-to-date with trends and advancements in the printing industry and related technologies.

Wat breng jij mee? / We are looking for candidates with:

• Extensive experience in the printing and packaging industry with a strong understanding of the operational processes. Knowledge of in-mould labeling is a plus.
• Extensive experience in business application consulting, preferably within the printing industry.
• Hands‑on ERP (Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle, etc.) experience as a key-user. We will further develop your expertise in Dynamics 365 F&O through our dedicated trainers and knowledge sharing network.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You possess great communication skills in which you are able to simplify complex operational processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• As a true team player, you support your colleagues and customers in case of any questions or bottlenecks. We work shoulder to shoulder!
