Wat is jouw rol?

As a Salesforce Application Expert, you play a key role in structuring, securing, and continuously improving our Salesforce ecosystem. You act as a technical expert within the team, set clear standards, and ensure that the platform remains stable, scalable, and future proof, while actively contributing to its development and optimization.

You will work in an Agile environment and collaborate closely with product owners, developers, scrum masters, test specialists and business stakeholders. Together, you will streamline and automate sales and service processes so that Salesforce supports the business in a reliable and consistent manner.

Your main responsibilities include:

• Providing technical leadership during refinements and sprint planning, ensuring well thought through and scalable solutions
• Making strategic platform decisions within Salesforce, aligned with our enterprise architecture
• Performing hands on development and configuration within Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Designing, documenting and safeguarding technical choices, configurations and process flows
• Driving integrations and data integrity across systems, ensuring reliable and secure information flows
• Collaborating with cross functional teams onsite 2–3 days per week to accelerate delivery and knowledge sharing

With your structured approach and strong sense of responsibility, you ensure stability, predictability, and quality in our Sales and Service processes worldwide.

Wat is jouw ervaring?

You are an experienced Salesforce professional who combines deep technical knowledge with a proactive and ownership-driven mindset. You feel comfortable making decisions while remaining hands on and closely connected to the development process.

You bring:

• At least 3 years of experience with Salesforce, including Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Strong expertise in configuration and customization, such as Flows, Validation Rules, Sharing Rules and Dynamic Layouts
• Experience with integrations using REST or SOAP APIs and middleware solutions such as MuleSoft
• Solid knowledge of data management, including SOQL, Salesforce Inspector and best practices for data integrity
• Experience with Apex development for implementing business logic, custom controllers and complex automation scenarios
• Experience with debugging and deployment tooling, for example Gearset, and working with Git, Salesforce DX and CI or CD pipelines
• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator certification
• Excellent communication skills in English, both spoken and written
• To be eligible for this position, you must already reside in the Netherlands
