About the team

At the Mechanical & Electrical Engineering discipline, we develop and design cutting‑edge hardware for applications such as search radars, fire control, and combat management equipment for customers in both naval and ground domains. Our solutions meet rigorous operational standards to ensure the highest quality and performance.

The department includes mechanical, electrical, and procured‑parts engineering teams, as well as an Environmental Competence Center. Our designs are utilized across the internal supply chain, by subcontractors, and directly by customers. We foster a supportive, creative workplace that promotes learning and professional growth and values teamwork, technical excellence, and adoption of new technologies and industry practices.

About the job

This job comprises two segments within our department: The F126 program and our combat management systems (CMS). This equipment is engineered and validated within the CMS‑Hardware segment.

  • Proactively allocate resources to staff development and sustainment projects, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Guide the team through the annual HR cycle, including performance evaluations, professional development, and career planning.
  • Interface and cooperate with other engineering departments within the Thales Group.
