We are currently looking for a Digital Product Manager to join us at Orbia Building & Infrastructure (Wavin) in our Schiphol Office. If you want to make a difference and work for a purpose-led company, please read on.

This role will lead a global portfolio of Digital Products for Sales and Customer Service, currently mainly supported by CRM (Microsoft Dynamics). You’ll own the roadmap for one of our key digital domains, focusing on automation, self-service, and seamless sales experiences. Working cross-functionally with global and local teams, you’ll deliver measurable impact and play a central role in driving operational efficiency and commercial value.

The role

• Manage a complex stakeholder field (marketers, product specialists, commercial teams, etc) in different geographical regions
• Work closely with the global product, customer service, ecommerce, IT and commercial teams.
• Own the global Effective Sales & Support roadmap by balancing priorities for the different regions and the digital transformation needs our company has
• Come up with, own, align within the product team and ebusiness strategy, and share your product vision across the organization
• Challenge business, creative and development and create alignment between these to ensure the best value for the company
• Manage the external vendors and ensure good alignment of the roadmaps
• Monitor and leverage product data related best practices in the market

Who you are

• You have a bachelor/master’s degree in digital business or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in product development/management
• You are fluent in English. Speaking Spanish would be considered a strong plus
• Working experience in agile, cross functional, and cross cultural teams
• Extensive knowledge of CRM technology (ideally MS Dynamics) and sophisticated analytics
• Experience with customer services and sales
• Excellent communication, able to influence and lead by example
• Strong focus on customer experience and value
• Get things done mentality, not afraid for hands-on work
• Socially open, you see the value and are willing to work for a connection with your teammates and colleagues around the world
