Sales Training Content Intern

We’re looking for a motivated intern to join our Commercial Excellence team to help us build and modernize sales training materials that equip our teams to sell smarter, faster, and more effectively. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to learn how a global organization designs and deploys learning programs that drive commercial success.

Your role:

• Developing and updating digital learning content (slides, e-learnings, videos, and interactive tools).
• Partnering with subject matter experts to translate product and sales concepts into engaging materials.
• Organizing content in our internal LMS and SharePoint systems.
• Supporting measurement of training effectiveness and learner engagement.
• Helping with internal communications, newsletters, and enablement campaigns.

You're the right fit if:

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Passionate about learning design, storytelling, and digital content creation.
• Skilled in PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite (bonus: Articulate 360 or video editing tools).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive about managing multiple deliverables.
• Excited to work in a global health technology company with purpose.

How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.

• Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata.
• Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300 net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255 net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the landlord, and your normal home-work travel distance needs to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) needs to be more than 1.5 hours.
• Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192 net.
• Paid holidays per internship term.
• The opportunity to buy Philips equipment at our Philips shop.
