Lead the commercial management (including performance management and the sales excellence & enablement program) for BU IGT-S (Image Guided Therapy Systems) Services & Solutions to increase customer acquisition and retention as a foundation for overall growth.

You will lead the team and shape the commercial performance and sales excellence program. You are responsible for improving customer acquisition for Services and Solutions as part of the integral offer, while aspiring to enhance sales channel collaboration along all customer touchpoints. In doing so, you will support local relevant action planning versus targets, facilitate the training, enablement, and support of sales teams for growth.

Your role:

  • Lead the Commercial team.
  • Own the Commercial Performance Management, planning, and execution for Services and Solutions, enabling execution of corrective actions in the Markets to achieve AOP-commitments.
  • Lead and underpin the overall multiyear growth planning into yearly financial OIT/sales target and derived commercial leading KPI target setting.
  • Manage and implement pricing strategies and ensure adherence to commercial policy.
  • Partner with Market Services Leader and BU BM&S to align and enable ongoing performance management against plan with the Market Zones/regions.
  • Collect and analyze sales excellence maturities and create and deploy lead- and funnel management.
  • Support local go-to-market strategies (Segmentation, Targeting, Positioning, Portfolio definition, pricing, and promotion) to drive profitable growth.
  • Start up retention and growth programs from a Sales Excellence perspective, including journey mapping, progress, and adoption reporting.
  • Collaborate with the IGT Services and Solutions Product Marketing team to align on the portfolio for the Markets, set up and execute roadmap deployment for the introduction of new products or updates, and manage the phasing-out of existing products to ensure an optimal product portfolio is available.
  • Collect and analyze market size, ASP, volumes, market share, growth trends, and margin performance to project future trends and develop relevant market approaches.

You're the right fit if:

  • Preferably hold a MSc. in (Business) Economics and/or Marketing.
  • Have approximately 8-10 years of experience in Business Management, Sales Management, Downstream Marketing, or related roles.
  • Bring experience in services sales and/or marketing, preferably with a Sales Excellence background.
  • Have the ability to synthesize market analyses and customer feedback into appropriate commercial programs.
  • Demonstrate a self-starting mentality, are structured, analytically strong, and results driven.
  • Possess strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Are fluent in English, both verbal and written, in addition to the local language.
