We have a unique & challenging opportunity, where you can directly contribute to the further evolvement of our HR function within Development & Engineering. The Senior HR Business Partner vacancy is positioned in the D&E Hardware HR Team and, more specifically, responsible for the D&E Electronics Development Cluster (~1000 employees).

Role and responsibilities

As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will work together with the management team and will directly support them, for example by implementing HR strategies, ensuring aligned execution of corporate processes, and aligning with stakeholders.

• Work strategically with business leaders to identify and deploy creative workforce (planning) and talent-focused solutions to key business challenges in Electronics Development.
• Advise the business on people and organizational (design) issues that contribute to the growth and competitiveness of the business.
• Contribute actively to growth and development of people leaders to execute against organizational talent needs.
• Advise and facilitate in the field of team and organizational performance and design as well as in change management.
• Drive HR agenda, deploy HR policies and help the business to run the HR operations.
• Advocate the organizational values and coach leaders and employees on the right behaviors. Act as a role model.

In addition, you will lead a team of 3-4 experienced HR Business Partners, supporting them in their development and creating a foundation for them to successfully act in their roles.

Education and experience

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's Degree, for example in HRM or organizational/business studies.
• You have 8+ years of experience in the field of HR and have proven yourself as a partner to the business.
• You are a trustworthy business partner who is close to the business and feels free to give advice and feedback to senior business leaders.
• You bring knowledge in the field of People Performance Management, Talent & Succession Management, Recruitment and operational expertise as well as strong knowledge of Dutch labor legislation.
• You have experience or a strong ambition to manage a team of talented HR Business Partners.
• Speaking English fluently is a must.

Other information

This role is a full-time position (40 hours). Working part-time could be possible in case you're available for at least 4 days a week.
