Role and Responsibilities

In this role, you will be at the heart of our IT team, transforming business requirements into effective, high-quality solutions. You will partner closely with business teams, helping them streamline processes, improve efficiency, and implement IT solutions that align with SAP and XFT best practices. You will be a key player within our Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), working mainly in the IT Agile Release Trains (ARTs) within our Customer Support & Sales Department. Your expertise will be critical in challenging business teams to adhere to SAP and XFT standards while aligning with ASML’s architecture goals. You will guide business stakeholders through process improvements and functional designs, and play a pivotal role in testing, training, and supporting colleagues in configurations of SAP and XFT solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and handle escalations.
• Translate business needs into clear specifications and propose customer-focused solutions.
• Design, implement, and support software solutions, focusing on SAP, SAP Add-on XFT, and related systems.
• Customize and test solutions, fixing issues that arise.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Product Owners to ensure smooth delivery.
• Lead process and service delivery improvements by guiding business teams.
• Support the Scrum Master and Product Owner in managing team dependencies.
• Mentor junior SAP consultants and trainees.
• Follow risk and compliance guidelines, manage data properly, propose new solutions, and help define control measures.

Education and Experience

• A Master’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience with and a proper understanding of the SAP add-on XFT.
• Proven ability to design SAP XFT add-ons in existing business processes.
• Experience in the SAP environment (SAP-ECC, SAP S4HANA, SAP BTP).
• Experience with high-level business processes related to our industry is a plus.
• A customer-focused, results-driven mindset with excellent communication skills in English.
• A proactive team player with strong consultancy skills.
• The ability to influence and manage relationships across various teams while staying focused on achieving standard solutions.

For this position, the indicative (fixed) annual salary range is between €88,000 and €100,000, including vacation allowance and a 13th-month payment, and excluding company profit sharing. The actual compensation offered will depend on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to: job-related skills, relevant education and (work) experience, certifications, demonstrated abilities of the candidate, and pay relative to other team members.
