Are you driven to lead a brand through a period of strategic transformation and growth?

We’re looking for an inspiring Director of Brand & Digital Marketing to lead Kramp’s digital and brand strategy across Europe. In this role, you’ll define the vision, build the team, and lead all digital marketing initiatives: from strategy and planning to execution and performance measurement.

As the driving force behind our European omnichannel marketing strategy, you’ll lead a team of 40+ professionals (direct and indirect) focused on creating compelling digital content, delivering seamless customer experiences, and strengthening Kramp’s brand presence across all markets.

Your role

  • Lead and inspire a growing team of marketing professionals, building capabilities and aligning them towards a shared vision of excellence.
  • Develop and execute an omnichannel strategy, ensuring brand consistency and innovation across all digital channels.
  • Foster collaboration across European markets by sharing best practices, supporting local teams, and empowering them with both freedom and focus.
  • Balance local and global goals by tailoring business plans to each country’s maturity while maintaining high-performance ambitions.
  • Drive performance and accountability through clear KPIs, focusing on brand awareness, customer loyalty, and business growth.
  • Champion a data-driven culture, making analytics and measurable outcomes the foundation of all marketing decisions.
  • Enhance the customer journey, ensuring a seamless, engaging, and consistent brand experience across every touchpoint.

You’ll collaborate closely with teams in Category Management, Customer Service, Sales Excellence, Digital Commerce, and Analytics & Insights. You will report to our VP Omnichannel Jens Waaijers.

Who are you?

You’re a marketing leader; equally strategic and hands-on. You understand how to elevate a brand through digital excellence and know what it takes to drive transformation in a complex, international environment. You’re passionate about people, performance, and the power of storytelling backed by data.

What you bring:

  • 12+ years of relevant marketing experience, with a strong track record in digital and brand leadership
  • Proven success in B2C marketing within an international or matrix organization
  • Deep expertise in brand strategy, digital channels, and content creation
  • Strong analytical mindset and experience embedding a performance-driven culture
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills across multiple countries
  • Experience leading through change and transformation
