As an HR & Recruitment Generalist, you will take on a broad and impactful role. Your responsibilities will be dedicated to recruitment, HR administration & onboarding. You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle from drafting vacancies and managing interviews to onboarding new hires. You’ll also play a key part in strengthening our employer brand and ensuring a great experience for every candidate.

Outside of recruitment, you’ll help improve our HR processes, systems, and day-to-day operations, and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives.

You will work closely with the HR Business Partner, management and external partners.

Your responsibilities

• Lead the full recruitment cycle: job postings, interviews, offers and contracts;
• Actively contribute to employer branding and visibility;
• Enhance the candidate experience throughout the full process;
• Ensure accurate and timely HR administration;
• Develop, implement and improve HR processes and systems;
• Manage absence registration and support payroll;
• Run and improve our structured onboarding program.

Your profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree level of working and thinking;
• 3 - 5 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment;
• Proven experience in setting up or optimizing HR processes and systems;
• Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, independent and results-oriented;
• Excellent command of both Dutch and English;
• Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance is a plus.
