  • Prepare and qualify sustainability data and evidence from suppliers and internal sources.
  • Support the onboarding and implementation of a recyclability assessment tool within the organization.
  • Set up packaging knowledge documents (with input from internal and external experts) and ensure they are accessible for stakeholders.
  • Assist in Life Cycle Assessment (LCA) screenings and support packaging specialists with sampling and data gathering.
  • Gain cross-functional exposure by collaborating with teams such as Innovation, Sourcing, and Sustainability & Impact.

For graduate students writing a thesis: business relevant case studies or research topics can be provided in consultation, but contributing to the above accountabilities will remain a core requirement.

You will be fully integrated into the team, joining meetings, discussions, and activities, while also receiving structured guidance and feedback to support your professional growth.

Bring all of you

  • HBO or WO student (final stage BSc or MSc) in Industrial Design Engineering, Packaging Engineering, or related field.

  • Analytical, proactive, and hands-on, with an open mindset for feedback.
  • Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus) and comfortable with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with LCA tools or SharePoint is a plus.
